Shipping Overview

In-stock items typically ship (ground) within 5-10 days. We generally keep everything in-stock. Some assembly and packaging takes place as we receive orders. Please contact us if your order is urgent, and we will do our best to expedite your request.

Misewell is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer to the shipping carrier. 

If you receive an item that has been damaged or broken in transit, please contact us within 5 days. We will make arrangements for a replacement or refund as necessary. Please keep the packaging and damaged product until notified. The shipping carrier may request photos or an inspection of packaging and goods.

Returns and Exchanges

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, let us know within 10 days of receipt, and we can exchange for merchandise credit. To receive merchandise credit, the returned product must arrive at our warehouse in original condition. Please keep all original packaging to ensure it will ship without incurring damage. We do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect or shipping error. Orders may be changed/cancelled with approval, prior to shipping. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. Warranty and Care

Misewell provides a limited two-year warranty to the original purchaser of specified Misewell furniture that the furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship as noted. This warranty does not apply to purchasers of as-is or distressed products or display samples. Color and finish variations are natural in wood and ceramic and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use (furniture should not be placed in direct sunlight) or defects that result from negligence, soiling, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use or accident. Misewell will, for two years following the date of the original purchase, at Misewell’s option and its sole discretion, repair or replace, or provide a substitute for, any part found by Misewell to be defective in material or workmanship. To obtain proper service under this warranty, the original purchase receipt must be kept. Unless otherwise stated, our products are intended for indoor use only. When cleaning, carefully dust surfaces free from debris and wipe clean using water or a mild detergent, then dry with a soft towel. Avoid standing liquids on table surfaces. With wood furniture, routinely inspect and tighten hardware.

When you purchase from our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email address.

When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

With your permission, we may send emails about new product launches, sales, and other updates.To protect your personal information, we take precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.Cookies may be used to enhance browsing experience. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive.
